automatically lose 10pts (and subsequently 5pts for every day that your assignment is
late), so please plan accordingly.
• By now you should know that every written assignment is to be typed in Times New
Roman, 12pt. font, double-spaced.
• I have posted a link on the course cite regarding APA citation basics… please use it. You
will lose points for improper, or the complete absence of citations.
• You may provide a cover pager for this assignment if you choose to, but it is not
required. However, a paper title and reference list are very necessary. Your reference
list belongs on its own page.
• Speaking of reference lists, I do not want to see a reference list full of websites, even if
you obtained the articles online; you have the resources to properly cite them. I want to
see that you have reviewed actual journal articles related to your topic, so you should cite
them as such.
• You are allowed only one (1) website which may provide you with a definition, but
your journal articles will provide you with the real research.
• Avoid the use of dated sources in your references. The year is 2022, so your sources
should not be older than 2012 (10 years).
• The length is this assignment is 5-6 pages about caregiving, caregivers and older adults With at least 5 resources, you should be able
to provide a 5 page long paper, and so papers less than that will lose points.
• Finally, attempt to provide concise, well-written papers. Do your best to avoid typos and
grammatical errors. Try not to be repetitive or redundant. Do not repeat information that
you have provided in your research statements; I’m looking forward to read how you
build on that information and inform me on your research.
