The United States government is arguably the safest business environment in the world currently. This is to say that the trade, industry and commerce laws in the United States are sufficient to regulate the relevant industries efficiently creating a friendly environment for anyone to run their successful economic ventures.

In such an industry, there can never be too many laws and this is due to the fact that the regulatory needs are as many as the angels of the economy. With so many anchors, players, industries and nationalities involved, the united states chamber of commerce has the responsibility to make these regulations so that there can be order and control within the industry (Mason, Thomas & Stephenson, 2015). The markets for instance could be termed as world support system because of the consumption power of the American people. This then calls for proper standardization to protect all players and the economy of the country as well.

Like earlier mentioned, these regulations are put in place as regulatory measures. Even economic sanctions are introduced to protect internal interest and the United States as the world super power. Therefore, the many trade laws available in the business environment are essential in protecting, supporting and building sustainable trade options for not only the American people but the rest of the world as well. For instance, the strength of the U.S. Dollar is a key element id world economy and any negative performance affects many entities around the globe. This therefore is clearly an indication that these laws are there for a benefit and definitely not to hinder economic progress (Fossum & John, 2014).
