Human resources management (HRM) is most effective when it is strategic in nature. I-O professionals use data, scientific processes, and effective decision-making and planning to ensure human resource (HR) systems align with organizational strategies and stakeholder interests. Using strategic HRM and HR analytics will enable you to help clients and stakeholders achieve optimal results when evaluating, designing, and/or adapting their HR systems.
You will create an informative PowerPoint presentation about strategic HRM and HR analytics. For this assignment, suppose you are working with a small business that would like to expand its operations and workforce. Their current HR department is comprised of two staff members, and the owner often makes many HR decisions directly. They invite you to inform them about strategic HRM and HR analytics so they can employ effective approaches to expand the business.
Outline Your Presentation
