Presenting the Plan of Action.

Please read the assignment careful and answer all bullets please i need a good grade for this pleaseThe assignment in Unit 8 asked you to summarize the work done through the multidisciplinary approach and to develop a course of action that was a synthesis of the ideas shared and with a solution that integrates multiple means for addressing needs. If your process took the sharing aspect seriously, and your participants listened to each other, you now have a course of action that has a much greater chance of succeeding than one that anyone might have arrived at on his or her own. The last step in the multidisciplinary approach is to communicate that course of action in a way that engages broad support your assignment is to develop a presentation that does exactly that. A multidisciplinary human services professional may need to communicate the same solution to multiple groups clients, family, professionals, and perhaps others. In each case, the language and approach need to be focused in a way that will communicate effectively with the people involved. For this assignment you will create a Power Point presentation about the Sheldon case that communicates what you learned from this case to a broader audience. Your audience for this presentation will be a group of hospice professionals wanting to learn more about how to handle hospice related issues. Keep in mind that the goal of this presentation is to take what you have learned and communicate this to an audience that might not be directly related to the multidisciplinary team. Your presentation should include the following: Identify and clearly communicate the goals for your presentation and the reasons for them.Identify the main themes that were taken from the case and communicate the importance of each theme. In this section consider the following:Conflicts.Challenges.How the multidisciplinary approach is used to arrive at the identified themes.Identify and communicate recommendations for addressing the main themes:An approximate time frame.People who need to be involved. The resources required.Example from the Sheldon case to support ideas. Submission Requirements Written communication: Your slides should follow conventions for professional communication, using bullet points for headlines, and the notes portion for details that will be delivered verbally in person.APA formatting: Resources and citations are formatted according to current APA style and formatting.References: Support your assignment with specific references to all resources used in its preparation. See the Human Services Masters Research Guide, linked in Resources, for additional support.Length of assignment: 20 to 25 slides, including title slide, a slide listing the key contributors to the process, and your reference list. I have provided what is needed for the assignment like the multidisciplinary approach down below and attached the Sheldon case Gathering information: You approached the problem initially by informing yourself, and collecting data and information that helped you understand the problem.Synthesizing and analyzing ideas: You were able to create a clear problem statement by determining the main issue and the main client.Collaborative discussion: You participated in one or more discussions involving professionals and clients, taking care to pool information and perspectives, then moving toward capturing the characteristics of an effective solution.Developing recommendations to address the course of action: Now your job is to define in writing what an effective solution would look like.

programming assignment help i need someone to answer these questions.. I need an explanation for this History question to help me study.

What is your research topic?

Using the “Citation” Button on each article’s JSTOR page, Copy and Paste the Chicago Style citation for each of your articles as an answer to this question. You need at least 4 sources all from JSTOR.

What is a Historiography?

List at least three search keywords related to your research topic that you think could help you expand your search for better articles to use on your historiography. (For Example: if your topic was George Washington, you could also search for keywords like “continental army,” “Martha Washington,” or “Valley Forge” to identify other sources that might be useful.)

requirements :

1. Choose a research topic (it can be anything relating to Western Civilization up to the year 1500 C.E.)
2. Find FOUR academic journal articles (You can choose to do more than four, but four is the minimum)
3. You must use the JSTOR database to find your four articles .

Rationale: Every topic has its own historiography, that is the body of work by different historians that have covered the topic. Since historians often differ on the “whys” and “hows” of history, every historian must account for the way in which their interpretation differs from that of other historians who have addressed the topic. This process is known as the Historiographical Analysis.
Analysis: A historigraphical analysis requires that you look for patterns, comparisons, and contrasts in the works you are analyzing. How each historian approached the topic will be unique onto itself. That makes focusing on their differences is easy. Each may have used different sources, reached different conclusions or focused on an unusual aspect of the topic. So it is paramount that you read each article carefully, including any footnotes and endnotes to find which aspects of each article is worth discussing in your paper.
However, a historiographical analysis cannot simply be a collection of summaries for each article. Instead, you need to place them in conversation with each other. As you read each article keep notes on what themes ( ideas, concepts, and sources) are used by the authors, and identify areas where the articles overlap. Whenever you identify an theme where two or more authors overlap in their works, that is a good candidate for writing one or more paragraphs explaining how each author has approached that theme.
If you need help with this assignment, let me know and we will sit down with your articles and talk it through.

Saving Energy Dollars while Providing an Optimal Learning Environment Essay

This webinar was organized for the needs of school administrators who have to reduce the expenses on the consumption of energy. It was attended by energy managers, engineers, and managers, all of whom shared their views on how school can make energy savings. The findings of this webinar will be particularly useful for educational institutions however, but they are also applicable to other governmental organizations which have to struggle with the budget limitations. This is why I have found this video particularly interesting. One of the most important issues that have been raised is that behavior of students and faculty contributes to excessive expenses. Many business administrators have argued that in many cases both teachers and students forget to turn off computers and lights. This seminar has indicated that budget limitations can be overcome if school administration encourages every stakeholder to act responsibly. The participants of this seminar emphasized the necessity of involving different stakeholders. In particular, it is necessary to provide training to the staff, especially in those cases when new technologies are adopted. More importantly, the school administration has to explain to teachers, students and parents how innovations can improve the work of educational institutions. The educators also stressed the importance of accountability and transparence. In other words, they argue that school administration has inform the community about the results which they managed to achieve. Without it, the innovations, advocated by the administration, are rather unlikely to yield fruits. According to the data provided at the participants of this webinar, each school can save approximately $125.000 by changing its organizational behavior. This is why one should not underestimate this strategy. Another argument that has been advanced by the participants of this seminar is that some of the technologies, used in modern schools have long become dated. The most eloquent example is the use of incandescent A-type bulb, which consumes much more energy than compact fluorescent bulbs. Furthermore, the participants of this seminar pointed out several strategies which minimize energy consumption, namely geothermal cooling and heating, wireless internet, natural day lighting and so forth. It is expected that implementation of these strategies can cut their costs at least by 10 percent. The overarching theme of this webinar is that renewable energy technologies like solar panels can make educational organization cost-efficient. Get your 100% original paper on any topic done in as little as 3 hours Learn More Some participants of the webinar argued that school administrators are reluctant to new technologies because they do not either time or training. In their opinion, such a position is essentially flawed because the users of these technologies do not have to be energy managers. One should not suppose that the users will require immense technical competence. These are some of the lessons that I have derived from this webinar. There are several lessons that I have learned from this video. The energy expenses of schools can be explained lack of appropriate organizational behavior. In other words, students and teachers are not always aware of the fact that energy consumption strongly depends on their attitudes and actions. Secondly a great number of modern schools do not adopt new technologies as quickly as they should. The example of incandescent bulb eloquently illustrates this argument. At the given moment, the expenses on energy utilities constitute approximately 32 per cent of a school budget, and they can be spent on something else. Works Cited K12. Masters.
