Writing Assignment: Workplace Enhancement Proposal
Choose a company of which you are familiar with the culture and workplace policies. Perhaps
this is a company that you have worked in or currently work in. The chief people office (CPO) at
this company is aware that you are learning concepts of behavioral economics. She is concerned
about trends in a tight labor market and would like to increase employee retention. She is asking
you to outline one company policy/practice/benefit recommendation that relies on a tenet(s) of
behavioral economics and will be reasonably cost-effective to implement. In other words, the
savings in employee turnover reduction should more than pay for your recommended
policy/practice/benefit. The CPO is a busy person and wants your recommendation to be fewer
than 500 words. Addressed to the CPO as an internal memo, your paper should include the
following components:
• Name of company, number of employees, industry (for the instructor’s benefit) • Identify the relevant current policy/practice/benefit (if you are recommending a
policy/practice/benefit change) • The tenet(s) of behavioral economics that you are relying upon • Link between your proposal and expected increase in employee retention Please pick a famous company so that I can understand the content

Conduct a Data analysis plan a put together a final Research proposal.

You’ll need to conduct a data plan (instruction and sample attached)) and then put all 3 part together for the final research proposal (sample attached)I have done parts 1 and 2- I need this final part finished. There’s also some notes for part 1 that I will tip you for if you do in addition.Feedback for part 1: you can revise when putting all together1) A hypothesis must clearly state a comparison of at least two groups, and the predicted outcome of that comparison. Neither of your hypotheses fit these requirements in full. Both of your hypotheses are far too wordy and complicated and should be simplified. A hypothesis should clear and concise.2) As far as your background variables, a bunch of statistics has nothing to do with what your variables are, you are simply supposed to state the variables. Based on what you wrote, you have not actually specifically stated any background variables.3) Per your two hypotheses, you have two IVs, one that pertains to your first hypothesis and one that pertains to your second hypothesis. Based on what your wrote for your hypotheses, you are proposing to study the impact of the legal drinking age for your first hypothesis. For your second hypothesis, you are proposing to study the impacts of education, recreation programs and community involvements (not sure what you mean by that).4) Per your hypotheses, you should also have a distinct DV for each one. Based on your first hypothesis you are proposing to measure the number of alcohol-related incidents. Based on your second hypothesis, you are proposing to measure some form of recovery, which could simply be measured as the number of recidivist offenses.5) You must state whether each of your variables are either continuous or categorical. For any categorical variable, you must state the categories.

William Shakespeare’s “Sonnet 73” Literature Analysis Essay

python assignment help William Shakespeare’s “Sonnet 73” Literature Analysis Essay. Introduction Sonnet 73 is arguably one of the most popular poems because its theme is developed uniquely using metaphorical language. The subject matter of this sonnet is adulthood and its impact on human beings. This sonnet is addressed to a juvenile friend who is probably a man. Apart from the couplet, the three quatrains are meditative in tone. Throughout this sonnet, the speaker attempts to explain to his friend the challenges of old age. This paper discusses the use of images in sonnet 73, written by Shakespeare. Evaluation of the Images Employed in the Sonnet The arrangement of this sonnet is distinctive because it consists of one verse and three quatrains. This arrangement is inimitable because the three quatrains have comprehensive phrases. The images used in this sonnet shorten in the period from months to days and finally to minutes. This speeding up of events is a metaphor for the increasingly fast speed at which adulthood affects the human body. Therefore, the structure of the quatrains and images contribute to the overall efficiency of this sonnet. In this sonnet, several metaphors have been used to epitomize the nature of old age. In all the quatrains, each metaphor refers to something distinctive. In the first line of quatrain one, the speaker tells his friend that his age resembles late autumn. The second line of the initial quatrain refers to the winter season when birds freeze in chilly weather conditions. The autumn and winter seasons refer to old age and death, respectively. Therefore, in the first quatrain, “yellow leaves” and “cold” are metaphors, which highlight the severity and bareness of adulthood and death. However, the bareness of death is established partially in this quatrain, and the author further narrates it in quatrain three. In the first line of the second quatrain, “twilight” is a metaphor that emphasizes the gradual end of the speaker’s life. In the second line of this quatrain, “black night” refers to death that follows old age. In the last quatrain, the speaker compares his life to the luminous remains of fire lying on the vestiges of his childhood. In this quatrain, the speaker narrates how his life changes gradually from childhood to adulthood until he eventually dies. The speaker notes that during his childhood, love brightened his life. However, his love faded during old age and eventually ended when he died. In this quatrain, the speaker informs his friend to love him deeply because he will eventually die. It is important to note that each quatrain discusses the theme of adulthood in a unique manner. In this sonnet, metaphors have been used consistently in the three quatrains to enable the addressee to visualize the impact of adulthood. Conclusion In general, the use of metaphors and the structure of the sonnet contribute to the development of the theme. Moreover, most of the images used in this sonnet were embodied and besieged by the link between the speaker’s childhood and death. Although the poet criticizes old age and death, he deeply expresses his admiration for his friend. In this sonnet, Shakespeare has successfully expressed his apprehension about the effects of adulthood. There are many similarities between the images of this poem and those used in other sonnets. Therefore, it can be concluded that Shakespeare consistently uses images and symbolism in his poems. William Shakespeare’s “Sonnet 73” Literature Analysis Essay
