My advice to the retired CEO is to find Christ. He has obtained a lot of worldly material things and loses sight of what is important, his wife, children, and his health at such a young age. People work all their lives and miss what God has in store for us. We believe everything good that happens to us, and we have done for ourselves. However, when things go wrong, we blame God. To understand this concept, we must remember the internal dream, and the resonance is different from the external dream, the goal (Clawson, 2012, p. 184). I would also ask him to go to the house of the Lord to find the answer he sought to obtain the peace desired. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world (John 16:33). There are times when we face the uncertainty of life. God has to show us He is still in control. All the money in the world cannot save you nor your family. God allows us the desires of our hearts, but when we lose sight of the mission, we suffer the consequences of our actions. This advice does not only apply to the wealthy retired CEO. It applies to us all. We need to put God first in all we do to stay the course for the mission of God; I truly believe if the CEO allows God into his life, he will find all he needs.

Yes, ineffective leaders bring a negative and tense atmosphere within the workforce. Even though some weak leaders highly educated while others grandfathered into position. The ability to lead by example can be off at times. The ineffective leader at my office operates from her perceptions. No matter how much actual work produced, if she does not care for you, accomplishment is not recognized. It takes a toll on the office staff; we are beating down on every level. It is making the workplace hostile. As a developing leader, I will learn from her want not to do within the organization placed. Sometimes education can make a person misbehave, overconfident, is not needed in the workplace. VABEs plays a vital role in everyone to be a success. It will also demonstrate who is have a Christian perspective as well as a worldly perspective.
The people we serve are the ones who suffer from the ineffectiveness. There is a moto at our office; ‘When people stop walking through our doors…we must walk out the back doors.’ We lost our jobs, not serving the people but the taskmaster. Leadership must display a moral and ethical character because the customers can witness and feel the tension in the workplace as well. For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves (Romans 2:14). God commands us to treat others the way we desired to be treated.

Solano Community College Venus & Adonis Painting and Flight into Egypt Painting Paper.

First, follow this link:https://artsandculture.google.com/project/street-view (Links to an external site.)There are all sorts of art museums to choose from, Be sure you pick art museums, such as the The J. Paul Getty Museum (Links to an external site.)or the British Museum (Links to an external site.) or the Rijksmuseum (Links to an external site.).If you’re unsure if the museum will be appropriate for this assignment, just ask!1. For this assignment, please choose two works of art ….Featuring the same basic subject (landscape, portrait, etc.) or same feeling or mood. Having a different style–one should be more abstract than the other. These works can have a different medium–for example, one could be a sculpture, the other a photograph.2. In your first paragraph, identify the museum by name and identify the two works of art completely (give the artist’s name, the title, the date, and the medium). Then, describe the concept of the first work (what it’s about specifically, or what the artist’s work is generally about). What is the artist concerned about; what do they value, love, or fear? Use the words of the artist, the museum website’s information, and other reputable sources. At the end of borrowed information, be sure to note where the information came from (cite your source). Then, describe the concept of the second work, and again provide information about your sources immediately after you borrow from them. 3. In a paragraph, compare the style of the two works. How does the style affect the artwork’s feeling and message? Be sure to use Ch. 3, “Approaches to Abstraction,” and Ch. 4, “Beyond Pictures,” to help you identify and discuss the artist’s approach to abstract and nonobjective art styles. Then, review Ch. 7 to determine how idealized or veristic each work appears. Note that some works of art can have a mixture of styles–some parts can be more abstract, or more idealized, than others.4. In another paragraph, compare the artists’ use of line (Ch. 5). Be sure to address how the use of line direction, line shape, and line texture impact the artworks’ meaning. Which is more analytical in line, and which is more expressive? Be sure to point out specifics to support your argument. Refer to Ch. 9, and discuss how the combined vocabulary of line and balance (symmetrical or asymmetrical) contributes to an overall sense of time standing still, or fleeting time. 5. In another paragraph, compare the artists’ use of light and space (Ch. 6). Which is more analytical in light and space, and which is more expressive? Be sure to point out specifics to support your argument. 6. In another paragraph, compare the artists’ use of color (Ch. 10). Which is more analytical in color, and which is more expressive? Be sure to point out specifics to support your argument, using proper color terminology. 7. In your conclusion, summarize how the visual vocabulary of each work relates to the artists’ concepts. Then, state whether overall these works share a similar message, or if they have very different messages for the viewer. Note if the museum environment had an effect on your perception of the works. Use this diagram from Ch. 11 to help you analyze the artwork:

programming assignment help As you embark on implementing your capstone, which theory, model, or concept has been the most helpful, and why? Did this change from your initial brainstorming or outline?  Answer: There are several concepts that I have gravitated towards over the course of this program such as conscious capitalism and servant leadership. But two theories that I have used to guide me during this project include transformational leadership theory and adaptive leadership. Transformational leadership theory’s is where a leader is someone who can inspire others to accomplish things through their vision. According to Northouse, (2019) this type of leader is aware of the needs and motives of their followers and tries to help them reach their full potential. These leaders are great because they inspire, empower others, are trustworthy and help satisfy other’s needs. When leaders listen to their employees and value their input, people feel appreciated and will be more willing to contribute. Commitment to the growth of people is important aspect because it helps people expand their knowledge and stay engaged. Adopting a leadership philosophy that is resilient and effective are important when trying to maintain employees who are loyal and productive while balancing profits, this becomes challenging for leaders (Carter

“The Two-Sen Copper Coin” by Edogawa Rampo Essay (Book Review)

Ranpo’s story “The Two-Sen Copper Coin” is one of the most well-known pieces of detective fiction of the period preceding World War II. Being a fan of Edgar Allan Poe’s writing, Ranpo tried his luck in creating pieces full of suspense and mystery. It is impossible not to agree that he reached considerable success in his endeavors. “The Two-Sen Copper Coin” is a shining example of Ranpo’s ability to tell a story in an exciting and intriguing way, intermingling the Western and the Japanese elements in it, and keeping the reader interested till the very end. The story covers several crucial aspects: poverty, people’s ability to adapt to harsh life circumstances, wit and wisdom, and the desire to obtain others’ property. The narrator of the story is one of the two poor young men living on the periphery of Tokyo (Ranpo, 2008). The first sentence of the narration immediately draws the audience’s attention. When the narrator’s friend, Matsumura Takeshi, says “that thief makes me jealous!” the reader understands that the young men are in a miserable financial situation (Ranpo, 2008, p. 271). The narrator describes an occurrence of some notorious robbery and explains that it has something to do with his and his friend’s lives. In the course of the narration, the detective story becomes more and more intriguing up until the end when it becomes clear that what Matsumura considered as luck appeared to be nothing more than a joke. In his story, Ranpo managed to revolutionize the Japanese detective genre by mixing the concepts of a traditional Western detective with the features pertaining to his national culture. The coin, the code, and other elements of the story make it more Japanese, thereby increasing the interest of the reader. Moreover, the author employs subtle irony when talking about poverty, which makes the audience sympathetic to the two young men. When describing the despair of their situation, Ranpo (2008) mentions that “even in the midst of misery,” they “managed to be happy” (p. 276). He goes on to say that “such happiness is a secret known only to the poor” (Ranpo, 2008, p. 276). Thus, the author creates an atmosphere that is sad and comic at the same time. Moreover, the lads are constantly arguing and trying to show who of them “is smarter in the pair” (Ranpo, 2008, p. 280). Their desire to outwit one another is the main source of mystery in the story. Probably the major reason why this story became so popular was that it incorporated the logic and rationality of a conventional detective genre in combination with traditional Japanese settings. The “Gentleman Burglar” was definitely an interesting character, but not more interesting than the story that followed his triumphant robbery (Ranpo, 2008, p. 273). The description of old Japanese codes, the way in which the narrator created the riddle and the approach with which his friend solved it, the portrayal of traditional clothes, professions, and style of living – all of these elements made Ranpo’s story successful. The suspense lasts till the final paragraph, and even there, the narrator leaves one thing unrevealed, which makes the audience come up with their own ideas of where and under what circumstances he obtained the coin. Since there is no final answer as to whether their assumptions are right or wrong, every reader may feel that his or her answer is the correct one.
