TIPS:
The following is a very basic guide for writing an essay on slide comparison, which might be already familiar to many of you.
First, Look at each pair of images and determine the main point(s) that can be made by comparing and contrasting the two works of art.
The first thing you need to do is to understand why they can be an interesting comparison. In many cases, students unnecessarily lose points because they just talk about these two images separately. Take some time to examine the two images and make sure you understand how you want to relate these two images to each other required to discuss.
Secondly, jot down a rough outline. Take enough time to consider and write down: the points you want to make in your essay; some key terms or phrases; a basic structure of your essay.
Second, Write an essay on these two images, organizing them around the themes you identify. Be as specific as possible in referring to the two works of art.
The standard structure of an essay for slide comparison:
Introduction: Introducing your understanding of the relationship between the two slides, what you are going to discuss (the difference and similarities between the two slides), and the rough structure of your essay
Content: Support your points, one paragraph for each point.
Conclusion: Summarize the points made in your essay and end with your main argument (normally corresponding to your introduction).

Business Law Question

Please review the detailed information given in the first Module – How to Navigate this Course.
The contracts you will be using are in the Contracts Module.
There are two questions for this Contract A. I am looking for the ability to read and comprehend the contract so the appropriate contract clause can be applied to the questions connected with each contract. In order to answer the contract fact scenario, you will also need to be able to identify the legal concept that is applicable to the situation described. This is an analysis so please treat it as such. Your personal opinion is not appropriate.
There are correct answers for each question. If a student discusses a different legal theory for answering the questions, partial points will be given. In cases of complete or partial answers, text references are mandatory to support the remedy proposed by the student. A text reference that has no bearing on the remedy or legal arguments will be counted as “no text”. For example, if any contract has an issue of risk of loss, referencing the text on contract formation will not meet the requirement. The sections of the text that you have read contain all the information you need for this analysis.
Please remember to reference the applicable parts of the contract that you are using to answer each question.
A student will be given 3 points for the text reference, 3 points for the contract reference, with 11 points for the analysis itself.
The remaining 3 points will be given as a spelling/grammar score. Following is the prompt.

Joe has notified Alecia in writing by email of the mold and leak issue but has received no response. He is concerned about the premises becoming unsafe to live in. It has been 14 days since he emailed her his notification.
