You will write a 4-6-page reflection paper (double spaced; 12pt font; 1 inch margins) . All the requirements are in the file which I attached. I also paste some powerpoint and class materials in this file. You will write a 4-6-page reflection paper (double spaced; 12pt font; 1 inch margins) on what you have learned about (i) the globalization of business innovation and entrepreneurship, (ii) being a global manager and (iii) about what you will need to do to further develop your competencies and comfort to become an effective global manager. In preparing your response to this assignment, you should draw from your personal experiences on the virtual international study tour, from the content of the speakers who present during the study tour, virtual company visits, and the assigned readings.Connect the insights and lessons that you have derived from the assigned readings to what you actually saw in practice. Discuss both the consistencies and inconsistencies. Integrate all these into a personal reflection on the new knowledge and insights that you have gained about the globalization of business operations and effective global management. Then, develop a “global manager personal development plan” on what you will need to do to further develop your competencies and comfort to become a “true” global manager. Since it is a personal reflection, the paper should be written in “the first person.”I offer the questions below to assist you with your journaling and with the writing of your personal reflection and personal development plan paper. The list below is only a guide. You are encouraged to create and respond to your own set of personal reflection questions. What are the key dynamics and underlying trends in globalization? How are these changing? How might they change in the future? How is technology impacting global business strategy and operations? What are the differences and similarities in dominant business norms and practices you have observed across the different countries, both overt and subtle? What seems to be the personal attributes and managerial competencies necessary to be an effective and successful global manager? How comfortable are you with the possibility of becoming a global manager? What are your strengths for such a role? What things will you have to change/develop to become a more effective global manager? What frameworks or ideas presented in the readings were most beneficial to you to identify strengths and areas of needed improvement for you to become a more effective global manager? What are your career and life vision? How have the global management concepts/frameworks and the global managers that you met on this global business intensive course enhanced the clarity of your career and life vision?

Traits That Shape Personality: Reflection
help writing Traits That Shape Personality: Reflection. Dominika Klapacz We live in a world that has over 7 billion people and even when there is so many individuals, not one person is the same. There are various characteristics that determine what type of personality a person will endure. Personality can be defined as qualities that mold an individual’s original character. It is what makes us all unique. It forever changes as we grow up, influenced by what happens internally and externally. Not one personality is the same because we all have different experiences, different outlooks on life, different cultures, and different perspectives. The three traits that I believe define my personality are high need for affiliation from Henry Murray’s theory, extraversion from Eysenck’s two-factor theory, and conscientiousness. A first trait that describes my personality is need for affiliation from Henry Murray’s theory from the motive approach. According to the motive approach to personality, it is an assumption that an individual’s behavior is reflected on a set of underlying needs. Once a need becomes intense, it turns itself into a motive that influences what behavior is going to be presented. The motive theory also states that behavior is influenced by press, an external stimulant that gives motivation. Needs direct behavior and there are two types of needs: primary and secondary. Primary needs are biological needs such as food and water. Secondary needs are psychological needs such as positive self-views and achievement. The influence of behaviors depend on the strength of the needs. Motives are pertained to the individual’s goals and desires (CarverTraits That Shape Personality: Reflection

8.2The Shinydashboard PackageCreating CodeBuilding on the Shiny application techniques of the from your earlier readings, you will create a dashboard application using the shinydashboard package. Data generated from the uniform probability and normal probability distributions will be used to generate our data sets. The graphs of our dashboard applications will present more detailed information about our data including summary statistics such as the mean, median, and standard deviation. To prepare for your assignment you will need to practice by recreating code contained in your readings. Develop the R code for the “Suggested project: Relocate the slider” found in this module’s readings. Paste your R code and your output into a document. Submit your results for this assignment.8.3Interacting with GraphicsCreating CodesIn the previous shinydashboard application you used a slider bar and tabs to change the appearance of your plotted output. The user is interacting with the components, such as slider bars and tabs, to produce a change in the plotted graph. In this application, the user will interact directly with the points on the plotted graph to modify the output of the application. Now the plotted graph itself becomes interactive. For this assignment, develop the R code for the “Suggested project: Experiment with airquality” found in this week’s readings. This project is located in the Interacting with Graphics section. Paste your R code and your output into a document. Submit your results for this assignment.Save your assignment using a naming convention that includes your first and last name and the activity number (or description). Do not add punctuation or special characters.

SENSEMAKING AND THE STRUCTURAL FRAME
SENSEMAKING AND THE STRUCTURAL FRAME. Paper details Module 1 – SLP SENSEMAKING AND THE STRUCTURAL FRAME SLP Overview In the Module 1 SLP, you will write a 3- to 4-page paper in which you will apply the Structural Frame to the organization in which you are currently employed (or in which you have worked previously). Overview of the LED599 SLP Sequence Before we begin the Module 1 SLP, two very important and related points should be emphasized, as they are fundamental to an understanding of the Module 1 SLP: All four frames can be used to assess any given organization, because all organizations have structural, human resources, political, and symbolic characteristics; and Different leaders use lenses – or frames – through which they view their organizations. Certain leaders will tend to use one frame predominantly, while others tend to be more balanced, choosing one of the frames depending on the circumstances. The important point here is that there is no “right” frame through which a leader should or must view any given organization or any particular set of organizational circumstances. At the same time, it is helpful for a leader to understand which frame (or frames) he/she is actively using. It is also critical that leaders be aware that there are four frames – not one – and that the use of others may be beneficial to effective sensemaking as well (importantly, this helps leaders to better avoid organizational “blind spots”). Assignment The Module 1 SLP requires that you write a 3- to 4-page paper, in which you address the following: After you briefly describe the organization in which you presently work – or in which you have previously worked – apply the Structural Frame to the organization, analyzing the effectiveness of two or three structural characteristics you have identified. Keys to the Assignment The key aspects of this assignment that should be covered in your paper include the following (note there are two parts to this SLP): Part 1: In a minimum of two pages: Briefly describe your organization – name, what it does, size (number of employees, annual revenue, relative market share, etc.); Describe the organizational design of your chosen organization. Is it effective? Why or why not? Choose 2 or 3 structural characteristics of your organization (e.g., strategic planning process, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, rules, budgets and other allocation of resources, etc.); and Discuss the relative effectiveness of the structural characteristics you have identified. If you were CEO of your company, what (if anything) might you do differently? Why would you make any changes you suggest? Part 2: Complete the Leadership Orientations Questionnaire, and score your results. In a minimum of two pages: Report your scores for each of the Four Frames. After you have completed an in-depth self-assessment of your scores, discuss how your scores inform your personal leadership style. For instance, what do your scores (high and low) collectively suggest about your leadership tendencies and about the ways in which you personally make sense of organizational events?Might your low scores indicate areas in which you may have leadership “blind spots”? SLP Assignment Expectations Your paper will be evaluated using the following five (5) criteria: Assignment-Driven Criteria: Does the paper fully address all Keys to the Assignment? Are the concepts behind the Keys to the Assignment addressed accurately and precisely using sound logic? Does the paper meet minimum length requirements? Critical thinking: Does the paper demonstrate graduate-level analysis, in which information derived from multiple sources, expert opinions, and assumptions has been critically evaluated and synthesized in the formulation of a logical set of conclusions? Does the paper address the topic with sufficient depth of discussion and analysis? Business Writing: Is the paper well-written (clear, developed logically, and well-organized)? Are the grammar, spelling, and vocabulary appropriate for graduate-level work? Are section headings included in all papers? Are paraphrasing and synthesis of concepts the primary means of responding to the Keys to the Assignment, or is justification/support instead conveyed through excessive use of direct quotations? Effective Use of Information (Information Literacy): Does the paper demonstrate effective research, as evidenced by student’s use of relevant and quality sources? Do additional sources used in paper provide strong support for conclusions drawn, and do they help in shaping the overall paper? Citing Sources: Does the student demonstrate understanding of APA Style of referencing, by inclusion of proper end references and in-text citations (for paraphrased text and direct quotations) as appropriate? Have all sources (e.g., references used from the Background page, the assignment readings, and outside research) been included, and are these properly cited? Have all end references been included within the body of the paper as in-text citations? I attached the questionnaire also that I need completedSENSEMAKING AND THE STRUCTURAL FRAME
