El-Gohary Code:1112268 Makeup assignment for a quiz or midterm MY ROLE MODEL When you have a role model it is someone you look up to or someone you hope to be like when you’re older. For me, my role model is my mom I chose her as my role model because she’s forgiving, athletic, hard working, and encouraging. My mom has raised me and always tried her hardest at everything she has never given up on anything, including me. My mom is my role model because no matter what happens she’s always forgiving. She’s not just forgiving towards me because I am her son, but she is forgiving towards everyone as well.
On almost a daily bases, there is always something that I do that makes my mom angry or annoyed. Although by the end of the day, whether or not she actually has forgiven me, she has a positive attitude towards me assuring me that she has forgiven me. For example, my mom almost always tells me to: clean my room, do something to help her, or something else more complicated then that, but most the time I will just ignore her request. This makes my mom angry that I am not following directions, but she will always just forgive me and forget about the matter. The way that my mom is so forgiving contributes to her being my role model.
My mom is also very hard working. She never stops her work until it’s finished right. Everyday she will come home and do work, make dinner, and many other things. My mom always works hard on all the necessary things, and she never stops until they are completely done. For example when I do my assignments and study for my quizzes and I rush through it just to get it over with my mom always complains to me how I didn’t work hard enough on it. The way my mom is so hard working and encourages me to do everything the right way makes her my role model. my mom is also very encouraging and that helps me through a lot.
Whenever I want to give up on something, or not do something at my full ability my mom is always encouraging me to do the absolute best that I can. An example that has recently affected my life is when I am In a competition. At the competition and practices when I am competing and I just want to give up because it’s painful and tiring, my mom is always there cheering me on to just keep going. My mom always encourages me for everything I do, and helps keep me going. I wish I was as encouraging as she was, cause being encouraging helps you look at the positive side of things.
There could have been many people who I could have chose as my role model. There are many people whom I look up to, they have helped me out in my life and I wish I could be like them. But out of everyone I chose my mom as my role model because she is forgiving, hard working, and encouraging. All these traits of my mom I wish I had and I wish I could be more like her. More responsible, hard working, and capable of not giving up when things gets hard. This is why my mom is my role model. ” So now more to it ……. How does having good values make some one a good leader ?
My role model which is my mum has most of those values but the best in her I would like to give up some more for you 1) Honesty Whatever ethical plane you hold yourself to, when you are responsible for a team of people in this case her family, its important to raise the bar even higher. Her children and family are a reflection of herself, and if you make honest and ethical behavior a key value, your family will follow. 2) Confidence There may be days where the future of your family is worrisome and things aren’t going according to plan. This is true with any family , large or small, and the most important thing is not to panic.
Part of your job is to put out fires and maintain the family morale. Keep up your confidence level, and assure everyone that setbacks are natural and the important thing is to focus on the larger goal. As the leader, by staying calm and confident, you will help keep the team feeling the same. Remember, your family will take cues from you, so if you exude a level of calm damage control, your family will pick up on that feeling. The key objective is to keep everyone working and moving ahead. Commitment If you expect your family to work hard and produce quality content, you’re going to need to lead by example. showing that hard work is being done on every level. By proving your commitment to the family and your role, you will not only earn the respect of your family, but will also instill that same hardworking energy among your family. It’s important to show your commitment not only to the work at hand, but also to your promises. , keep your word. You want to create a reputation for not just working hard, but also be known as a fair leader. Once you have gained the respect of your team, they are more likely to deliver the peak amount of quality work possible.
Ability to Inspire inspiring your family to see the vision of the successes to come is vital. Make your family feel invested in the accomplishments . Whether everyone owns a piece of equity. generating enthusiasm for the hard work you are all putting in is so important. Being able to inspire your family is great for focusing on the future goals, but it is also important for the current issues. When you are all mired deep in work, morale is low, and energy levels are fading, recognize that everyone needs a break now and then.
Acknowledge the work that everyone has dedicated and commend the team on each of their efforts. It is your job to keep spirits up, and that begins with an appreciation for the hard work. So now the question on where do I get my values from: I get my values from everyone around me, everyone I meet or stay with or see….. Any random situation I see can teach me values. So basically I get my values from my family as a whole my father mother brothers and relatives…Also I get a lot of my values from my friends. I get a lot of my values from very simple people… people who have nothing And are still very oor… Those people have learned to appreciate life and god while having nothing…. I might be the one saying nothing but to them I think they have everything. Regarding, Areas where I would want to improve my values to be a better person I would like to improve my values in some areas like for example I believe that that if you can improve one value every other value will follow , you only have to work on one value…So I am gonna only talk about that one value without mentioning the rest because the rest comes along with it.
My connection with God I would like to improve my connection with god because if I improve that I am going to improve everything else. Now, Regarding what prevents me from standing by those values now? I guess nothing really prevents me…except myself……. and maybe the devil. I am trying hard enough to stand by those values tho.. and I am in a constant improvement of my personality and self and relationship with God.
React Front-End Site
or this assignment, you are required to modify the fake-proptypes React project in our class repository to make it work with data obtained from https://jsonplaceholder.typicode.com/. In it, you need to include everything I need to simply run npm install and npm start to open your page in a browser once I clone the repository to my system. Begin by using create-react-app, then install bootstrap, react-bootstrap, and axios using npm so you have the freshest starting point. Your README.md file must include your name, the assignment (i.e. Assignment 3), and data due.
To turn in this assignment, you are to complete the same process you followed with your previous assignments, using the link at:
You must meet these requirements:
In your repository, after using npm to install the above libraries, delete the src directory and copythe src directory and all of its contents from the fake-proptypes project.
Modify this code so that the App.js file has the line to indicate that your program will produce 3 entries. Note that I should be able to change this to any number between 1 and 10 and it will work with that number of entries. Your modified Entries.js program will take the props (a single number) from App.js and create an array of numbers for it (e.g. for 3, create [1, 2, 3], and for 8, create [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]). The map in the Container in Entries.js should loop over those numbers, passing the number into Entry.js.
From here, you need to modify the program to work correctly by having useEffect code in the Entry.js file access data from the placeholder site. In particular, you are to use the /users endpoint, with the number passed into Entry.js indicating which entry from the site to use. YourEntry.js program should display any data from the /users endpoint you wish, but at least one of the fields must be a nested property (e.g. address.street or company.name). For the field I call animals, you may use a hardcoded link to any image, e.g. https://via.placeholder.com/600/ 771796 or some other image of your choice.
You must use PropTypes to enforce strong types. When I run your code, I will open the console in Chrome. There cannot be ANY warnings or errors when I run it!
