My essay is based off of the book “the road”, pages 138-152. It is an AP Lit high school essay response type, so it should have an intro with claim/warrant. My teacher wants us to use at least 2 literary devices/techniques as support ( 1 per paragraph). Each device should have one or two quotes from the corresponding part of the book along with commentary/explanation of it. My prompt wants me to talk about the relationship between the dad in son in this specific scene, and describe how their relationship changed.
