It stores details of the cars and vans, customers and etc. It also provides the simple payroll of the drivers. The system will provide the needed and storing information in a faster, more convenient way by storing file of the cars rented in a computer system that will lessen the effort of owner in storing files of each car every now and then. The database is designed for use by owner and other authorized user in the company to enable them to easily produce information required by the different people.

Statement of the Work * Scope and Limitation The study will focus on developing a computerized monitoring system, which lessens if not eliminates the problems that had been encountered in the current monitoring system. The scope of the study will be the monitoring system undergone by the owner of Focus Advance Car Rentals Inc. The area covered in this study is the monitoring process. It can save, delete, or edit the driver’s data, car’s details, customer’s data and etc. It also provides a list of cars rented by the customers.
All these data will be stored in the computer and can only be accessed by the assigned employee for it has its password security.
