You learned that computers follow instructions faithfully and they never get tired of repeating
the same thing over and over. You plan to write a simple program to see for yourself.
After bragging a bit, the program asks the user to enter 2 numbers. After receiving and storing
those it asks the user to enter one of the operations +, -, *, or /. The program then performs that
operation on the two numbers and displays the output to the user (if the user enters an operation
different from the four operations above, the program notifies the user that it does not know that
operation). It then brags some more and asks the user if they want to play again. If the user enters Y or
y, the game starts over. Otherwise the program prints Bye bye and terminates.

Genetics Question.

I’m working on a genetics discussion question and need support to help me study.

Our everyday life has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. It is disrupting not only how we go to work or school, but also is creating global and severe disruptions across the economy and health systems of the affected countries. Many reports are emphasizing the differences in susceptibility and severity among the humans that are exposed to SARS-CoV-2 virus [1].Given the broad differences in the susceptibility and severity in humans, do you think that the resistant phenotypes are due to a monogenic or polygenic inheritance? Which process(es) could account for the observable genetic variations? Can you provide example(s) of other traits in humans that share similar inheritance?1. The COVID-19 Host Genetics Initiative, a global initiative to elucidate the role of host genetic factors in susceptibility and severity of the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic. Eur J Hum Genet (2020).

So I have a probability densit

online homework help So I have a probability densit.

So I have a probability density function 2t(0<=t<=1) & 0(t<0) & 1(t>0).I am just verifying whether I did this correctly. So the e(x) expected value is integral of 2t*t dt from 0 to 1 (the other intervals are all 0). This should be 2/3, correct? And then with 2 random independent variables of the same function, it would basically be double, which is 4/3. I.e. if you have Y = X1 + X2 and X1 and X2 are both the same function. I took the inverse transform method of this function which is basically integrated 2t, which is t^2, and then the inverse is X = sqrt(t); X2 = sqrt(t); etc.. I am generating proper values like the average e(x) over 10000 iterations turns into 1.3333 which is 4/3. If I just use X1, it is basically 2/3 or 0.66667. So I know my simulation is correct. However the probability that it is between 0.7 and 1.5? I am confused about that. I did integral of 2t between 0.7 and 1.0 and got 0.51 which is correct. However in simulation I added X2 and it went up to 0.61. How do I get that 0.10 difference in the probability P(0.7<Y<=1.5) = 0.61? I don’t really get it but I think it is all correct other than knowing how that happens (from simulation to actual math/theory).
