INDS 400 A1 Business and Technical College 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Discussion.

Knowledge Synthesis for Professional and Personal Development INDS-400You are required to create a thread in response to the provided prompt for each forum. Each thread must be no more than 300-400 words (depending on the discussion board) and demonstrate course-related knowledge. In addition to the thread, you are required to reply to the thread of at least 2 classmates. Each reply must be no more than 150 words.TOPIC: The reading from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective PeopleTHREAD: Do you think Covey’s approach to organizing your life is consistent with a Christian worldview? Pick just one particular idea from what you have read this week or last and discuss that. Evaluate whether it is consistent with a Christian worldview. Use citations from Covey and from Scripture to support your point. You should not pick the entire reading as a topic; instead, pick one specific portion or idea. For instance, you could talk about the dichotomy between production and production capability or the idea of having a mission statement, but you wouldn’t want to assess an entire chapter and everything in it. Try not to pick something too obvious. REPLIES: Respond to two of your classmates’ threads; respond to their arguments with your own perspective being sure to cite Covey and Scripture in your response. There is no word count minimum, but do not use more than 150 words per response.

MGMT 321 Practical Exercise: Data Flow Diagram must have Microsoft Visio. I’m working on a Management exercise and need support.

Hello,
Here are the instructions for this assignment:
Overview
The Context Diagram that you created in Module 5 presented the process of how the inventory management system interacts with External Entities. In this assignment, you will utilize data from the same two Casual Format Use Cases that you created in Module 4 to create two detailed Data Flow Diagram (DFD) fragments.
After creating the two DFD fragments, you will integrate the two DFD fragments to create a Level 0 Data Flow Diagram (DFD).
Your task here is to utilize Microsoft Visio® in a modeling process that transforms the data that was derived in the two Use Cases into the two Data Flow Diagram (DFD) fragments which will then be integrated into the Level 0 DFD.
Requirements
Create the DFD fragments and the Level 0 DFD utilizing Microsoft Visio. Before you begin to work on this activity, review the Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio page tutorials. These tutorials will help you understand how to create the DFD fragments and the Level 0 DFD. Refer to the DFD fragment and the Level 0 DFD examples in the textbook.
To create the DFD fragments and the Level 0 DFD, utilize the Data Flow Model Diagram template located in the Software category in the Visio 2016 application Home page.
Be sure to select the DATA FLOW MODEL DIAGRAM template and NOT the Data Flow Diagram template.
Your DFDs must address the following requirements:

Submit TWO DFD fragments on PAGE ONE in the Microsoft Visio diagram.
Submit the Level 0 DFD on PAGE TWO in the Microsoft Visio diagram.
Submit the following data in EACH of your two DFD fragments:

1 Process (Processes are verb-related).
2 External Entities (External Entities are noun-related).
2 input data flows and 3 output data flows per Process (Data Flows are noun-related).
1 Data Store per Process (Data Stores are noun-related).
1 input data flow and 1 output data flow per Data Store.

Submit the following data in your Level 0 Data Flow Diagram (DFD):

2 Processes.
4 External Entities.
4 input data flows and 3 output data flows per Process.
1 Data Store per Process (Data Stores are noun-related).
1 input data flow and 1 output data flow per Data Store.

Utilize Gane and Sarson symbols.
Submit your DFDs in VSDX file format.

HIS 357 Southern New Hampshire University American Slavery Discussion

HIS 357 Southern New Hampshire University American Slavery Discussion.

In Chapter 8, you read about the radical anti-slavery movement that arose after the turn of the nineteenth century. The United States went through a period of reform, and the anti-slavery movement was part of the reform years. Both black and white reformers fought for the end of slavery, yet these groups did not always agree on how it should be accomplished. After reading Chapter 8 and the article on David Walker, do you think his ideals were important to the anti-slavery movement? In your explanation consider who agreed with him, and who did not embrace his thoughts? Be specific, and include examples to support your answer.Resources:African-American Odyssey, Vol. 1, Chapters 8 and 9Article: David WalkerThis article provides a brief biography on David Walker, an early proponent of using violence in response to slavery and white America’s refusal to apply the ideals of the Declaration of Independence to all Americans.[2-3 paragraphs, size 12 times new roman, double spaced, chicago/turabian format]

Management Question

order essay cheap Management Question.

The Berkshire Hathaway Corporation has almost a “personality cult” organizational culture that essentially revolves around one man and his investing prowess. The man’s name—Warren Buffett, the “Oracle of Omaha.” Historically, Berkshire Hathaway’s business model has been one of buying insurance companies. One great thing about insurance companies is the “cash float,” which works as follows. Suppose, for example, that your parents buy a $100,000 whole life insurance policy from Berkshire Hathaway and pay premiums of $4,000 per year to Berkshire for this policy. While Berkshire Hathaway is obligated to pay the $100,000 death benefit when one or both die, in the meantime it gets to invest the $4,000 per year “float.” Warren Buffett, being a very savvy investor, has made a huge fortune from investing this “float” money. But recently Berkshire Hathaway has been moving away from buying insurance companies with great “floats” and instead of buying major industrial-type businesses. The company, for example, fairly recently completed a $44 billion purchase of one of the nation’s largest railroads, Burlington Northern Santa Fe. Berkshire paid for this acquisition with $15.8 billion in cash it had on hand and the rest in Berkshire Hathaway stock. Mr. Buffett, who was born in 1930, is now well past the age when most workers retire. How does Mr. Buffett’s age perhaps play into Berkshire Hathaway’s recent strategic moves, such as buying Burlington Northern Railroad instead of another large insurance company? What does Berkshire Hathaway’s purchase of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad say about what Buffett thinks about global energy conservation trends? (Hint: how does the energy efficiency of shipping goods by rail compare with shipping goods by truck or airplane?)

UNC Renaming a Building Originally Named After Racially Unjust Person Research Paper

UNC Renaming a Building Originally Named After Racially Unjust Person Research Paper.

I’m working on a american studies writing question and need a sample draft to help me understand better.

On June 17, UNC’s Board of Trustees voted to remove its ban on renaming campus buildings; that ban said that no buildings or monuments could be moved or renamed until 2031. Before then, Saunders Hall was renamed Carolina Hall. More recently, a campus commission recommended renaming four buildings (Aycock, Carr, Daniels, Ruffin); three of those names were removed. The Department of History has unofficially re-named Hamilton Hall as Pauli Murray Hall and attention has been focused on Morrison Dormitory.
Now, we can consider renaming. For your final project, you will propose a new name for one of these unnamed buildings. The new name should be the name of a person of significance to UNC, to North Carolina, or to the American south more broadly. That person can be significant because they made important, helpful changes or stood for something worthy (Dean Smith); because they were bad actors but were important (Bryan Grimes); because they are famous (Michael Jordan); or for another reason. Naturally, some of these reasons are better than others, but as long as you can persuasively and with evidence state your case, it’s really up to you to make the call.Identify which building you wish to rename and why. The why includes that the building is now unnamed because __________. This will involve doing some basic research about who the person was who had their name removed. Again: Aycock, Hamilton, Carr, Daniels … and also Ruffin and Morrison even though those names are still on there.Make a statement of principle(s) that you think should guide any renaming process. Identify what name should go on the building and why. This will involve some basic research about the new name. Explain how this re-naming expresses the values or principles you identified in #2.Describe how the re-naming will take place. Will there be a ceremony of some kind? What will it look like? Who will attend?I was planning on writing about the Aycock building named after Charles Brantley Aycock and possibly renaming it after Lawrence Taylor, the famous NFL football player who played at UNC and is considered one of the best to ever play.
