I would like for you to write it as a paper. For the formulas, I am looking for just that, the formulas. You can provide them in a recreated spreadsheet or you can provide them in the paper with the rest of the assignment. It does not matter how you present the formulas as long as I see the three different types requested from the assignment. There are two more sections, the network portion and the security concerns. With the networks, you are to provide at least two different types of networks that you can setup at home along with the pros and cons of those networks. Then you are to provide the one you suggest and the equipment needed to setup that network. Think about it, if you have your computers networked at home, how is this done? What type of network is it? I am not looking for wired or wireless. I’m not looking for the different topologies. The information I am looking for is definitely in your reading and may be mentioned in the video. For the security concerns, you are to tell me 5 security concerns Bill would have with his network at home. Think about it. What are you worried about that can happening to your own computers? What concerns do you have about your own computers and data? This information is also in your reading. Remember to look at the reading material, Instructor’s notes and the video for assistance with these assignments. I hope this helped.

Business Consulting

Remember Bill? He was the gentleman that you helped to start up his business in Lesson 4. Well his business is doing well, but he has come to you with some questions and concerns. You discuss each of these with Bill and promise to send him a written report with your suggestions and recommendations. Bill’s questions and concerns are as follows:

Bill has set up a spreadsheet in Excel that will help him keep track of expenses. So far, he has this:

Tell Bill how to do the following tasks:
What formula or function does he put in Column F that will show the total expenses for each day?
What formula or function does he put in columns B through F in Row 13 that will give him the total expenses for the week in each category?
Bill wants the entry in Column G to remind him of expenses that require receipts for the accountant. Tell Bill what to put in Column G to do this:
Print the word “Yes” in any row where the total daily expenses are greater than or equal to $100.00.
If the daily expenses total is less than $100.00, leave the Column G entry for that row blank.
Bill’s business is already expanding. He thinks that in a few weeks he will need to hire one or two employees to help him. He knows that each new employee will need their own computer. He is also making the necessary changes so that the new employees will be working in a spare room in Bill’s house. Explain to Bill what networking options he has. Go through each type or configuration of network possible for him, making sure that you explain the pros and cons of each configuration. Finish with your suggestion for the network that he should set up and explain what new hardware will be required to do this.
With the possibility of three business computers in his home, and all of his business records possibly vulnerable, this would be a good time to advise Bill on how to set up a routine plan to protect and defend his new network. Provide a list of the five most important concerns for safety and security of the network and the computers in the network. For each concern, specify the action to be taken, and if applicable, what software you recommend be added to the system. Justify each of your recommendations.
Your proposal will be evaluated using the rubric below. Make sure you read the rubric and have a clear idea of what is expected. If there are any additional questions that you would have asked Bill be sure to note them as you explain to Bill what networking options he has so that you can explain what additional information could change your suggestion, if any.

How Crime Prevention Promote Community Safety Tim Haynes Liberty University How Crime Prevention Promotes Community Safety Introduction Crime is defined as the action that is committed in violation of the law. Therefore, crime prevention involves the measures put in place to curb people’s deviant behavior that leads to crimes such as illegal drug use and trafficking, which is a typical case in both developing and developed countries. The impacts of crime in society are diverse, including death. The rise in crime rate results in a reduction in community safety; thus, the various crime-prevention measures can help promote community safety in several ways. Crawford & Evans (2017) critically evaluate crime prevention as ‘preventive turn’ that are aimed at avoiding an anticipated crime from happening. They further argue that whenever there are standardized rules in place, there is an awareness of the consequences of breaking the law, and this may reduce the cases of crime. Prevention is not only physical but also psychological. A secure community cultivates development and any attempt at fighting crime is a positive step at realizing such potentials. Progress in any social institution will solely depend on the available safety strategies in place. A secure environment utilizes all the opportunities needed for development. Lawrence et al. (2002) evaluate crime prevention patterns emphasizing the family as a primary social institution. They argue that individual character is cultivated at the family level. Parents should be tolerant and careful in the manner of education available for their children and what behaviors they come into contact with. Clarke (1995) argues that the various crimes are associated with risks and difficulties that prevent the members of the society from benefitting from the rewards of a secure community. They further explain that there is a need to understand the theoretical framework and the approaches to identifying and preventing crime. As Robert et al. (2012) assert, the identification and successful prevention of an anticipated crime positively impact the economic sector of society. As a result, there need to be useful measures to do away with violent crimes. They substantially prove that any secure society will benefit in terms of economic development. Conclusion In conclusion, crime prevention promotes security among the members of the community. The family has been identified as the primary source of association in the community. Lawrence (2002) emphasizes the need to pay attention to the kind of knowledge that the children are exposed to. Also, Clarke (1995) advices that the responsible shareholders find the effective means of solving anticipatory crimes to ensure the future safety of the community. Generally, security and social harmony are mandatory for any community that is in want of development. References Clarke, R. (1995). Situational Crime Prevention.
