I am seeking help to finalize this paper after receiving feedback from my professor. After we’ve met, she requested that I include a 1 pager that includes the best practices since the argument of what an organization is doing wrong is very strong. She would like to see some examples of how it should be done right, what should organizations do to have a performance management system that will enhance employee engagement.
Can you please provide what companies that have or do a great job of this, a descriiption of the things they do? The 1 pager doesn’t have to be in a paragraph format but could be bullet points.
• Towards the end of the literature review, she wants to see a change management model to ensure that this is managed as an HR leader of performance management, she suggested a “Mckinsey 7 s model” (doesn’t have to be).
• What is a major limitation in this study? Some examples of the limitations as we are not IRB certified.
One example I have: this is limited to me not being IRB certified, I was not able to do a survey within my own organization.
