HCAD 635 UMGC Long Term Care Administration Human Health & Palliative Care Essay.

Instructions: Long-term care decisions are often complex and highly emotional. Selecting the right environment for yourself or a loved one can be negatively impacted by a lack of understanding of available options. She has tasked you with developing the explanatory text for the brochure. The overview should be concise and informative. It should address the full range of LTC services, including alternative service venues, palliative care, and hospice. While an overview, the document should be sufficiently detailed to assist in guiding LTC decisions. That is home in on the most important information needed for the reader to make an educated decision. Provide the recommended text in Word Publisher or Word. Images or pictures are not required. need a reply to a classmate post. Can you help me understand this Nutrition question?

Hi professor and class,
One conclusion that I found interesting and applicable to practice is that nurses should identify patients at risk factors for dry eyes upon admission to the intensive care unit. According to De Araujo, Silva, Rodrigues, Silva, Macieira, & Chian (2019) suggests that nurses upon performing a physical examination or reviewing of the patients’ health record should be able to identify patients at risk for dry eyes. Therefore, preventing and implementing early interventions for dry eye is the goal to decrease the incidence or complications states De Araujo, Silva, Rodrigues, Silva, Macieira, & Chian (2019). In this study, the artificial tear gel was more beneficial for the patients in the ICU to prevent dry eyes. These studies help identify the best treatment through research for the patients. Nursing should be educated about the best evidenced based practiced such as the artificial tear gel for the prevention of dry eyes. Education and communication amongst the healthcare team is important to enhance care of the patient and know the most current evidence-based practice. According to Houser (2018) patient’s outcomes improve when care is based on evidence from research studies versus clinical expertise alone.
I would disseminate research-based evidence by PowerPoint and poster presentations with my fellow coworkers. Communicating and sharing of evidence, Chamberlain College of nursing (2018) cites to colleagues, peers, and other healthcare professionals to promote the best most current evidence. The more knowledge I share with my colleagues the more the information is passed on and patient care improves through the best evidence-based practice. According to Conner (2014) Communicating and sharing the results of the evidence based practice helps educate others about and implement the best evidence.

Organizations Sustainable Practices and Human Sustainability Essay

essay writer free Table of Contents Introduction Sustainable practices and human sustainability Proactive sustainability organizations and competitive advantage Conclusion Reference List Introduction This paper discusses the possibility of achieving sustainable practices in an organization without human sustainability. Besides, the treatise reviews if organizations that are proactive on sustainability can achieve a competitive advantage. The analysis will be based on the readings from Benn and Dunphy (2003) and Read (2000). Sustainable practices and human sustainability As discussed by Read (2000), human sustainability refers to the ability of an organization to align its business goals with direct and indirect interests of the employees. Therefore, sustainable practices are only achievable when human sustainability is aligned to organizational strategies. Through understanding the organizational sustainability, Read (2000) notes that organizations need to understand the dynamics that prevail, drive, and support essential programs within its workforce to accomplish the strategic objectives, while ensuring that the employees are comfortable. In a rejoinder, Benn and Dunphy (2003) agree that physical structures in any organization interested in sustainability should promote positive relationship between favourable and effective job performance and work environment, as attributes of motivation and congenial conditions. As opined by Read (2000), measuring factors such as interpersonal relations, working conditions, support and trust, welfare provisions, and work environment may greatly contribute to the organizational sustainability as well as employees’ satisfaction, especially when technology is secondary to human input. The author uses the example of technological modifications within an organization as sustainable when the human factor is equipped with appropriate skills for ensuring its operational efficiency. Sharing the same views, Benn and Dunphy (2003) notes that organizational shift in a positive direction towards ecological sustainability is only possible when it “is reliant upon human sustainability” (Benn

In contrast, the Classical period that immediately preceded the Romantic period during the 18th century valued wit and repartee rather than inner self-expression. Romantic literature favored lyric poetry, for example, often used by Wordsworth, Shelley, and Keats to express their inner feelings, away from society while the artist was in repose. In contrast, the previous Classical period of literature favored the use of heroic couplets, as deployed by Alexander Pope to satirize contemporary events with great literary style. Romanticism conceived of the free artist as writing or composing for his or her own pleasure, the Classical Period for the public’s pleasure.,             The Romantics believed that the artistic imagination was the supreme ideal that all humans must strive towards, an imagination that held the emotions superior to pure reason of the mind. (“Romanticism,” Brooklyn College, 2005) This contrasted distinctly with the traditional arguments for the supremacy of reason during the Classical era. The Romantics favored innovation on the part of the free artist, again outside of society and social ties. The Classical writers stressed their ability to use old forms of poetry. Also, to translate ancient Greek and Roman works such as Homer. Further, their continuity with a rationalist tradition, and to create music in a highly organized and stately style.,Attachments,Click Here To Download,Drama, Film, and Mass Communication homework help
