Engaging the Organization in the Change Process

Engaging the Organization in the Change Process. I’m studying for my Management class and need an explanation.

Change involves moving from one circumstance or situation to another. Since organizations involve many components and systems, the ability to effectively communicate any changes throughout the organization becomes a critical component of employee morale and commitment.
In this scenario, assume you are serving as a Human Resource Manager/Professional of a company within the KSA and announced that your organization must lay off 20% of total employees. Discuss how you would advise management about how best to communicate this message. Include the following areas: the specific process they should follow, the format/channels they should use, the components to include in the message.
Draft a short, one-paragraph message that you believe should be sent to the organization to announce these layoffs.
During the week, review and offer suggestions to your fellow students on how they can modify their message to make it more palatable to employees, offering suggested words and approaches that they may consider.

This week, you learned about your ethical obligations as a human service professional as it relates to the law Essay

This week, you learned about your ethical obligations as a human service professional as it relates to the law and ethical decision making. Considering this, complete the following tasks: Phoebe is a first year human service professional who is providing case management services to clients who are involved in the legal system. She is working the case of Melissa and asks for your feedback with regard to an ethical situation: “I have been working with Melissa for about 6 months now. Melissa is 22 years old and was recently arrested for selling crack cocaine to an informant for the police. Her conviction would have carried a mandatory minimum of 5 years and up to 30 years of prison. She has been in jail for the last 10 days as a result of stealing from the local walmart to get diapers for Penelope her 2 year old daughter. Melissa is a single parent and has no support system which is what I have been working with her on while she was in services. Melissa has contacted from jail and let me know that her daughter is staying with a family friend temporarily however this situation is not permanent and she needs to get out ASAP. She asked me if I could assist her in posting bail and she would pay me back. Melissa is a great client and never misses any appointments, I see a lot of myself in her and really wanted th best for her and Penelope so I posted the $2,000 for her to get out. Her court date was this morning and now she has not showed up and has taken Penelope. She left me a voice message this morning saying that if her probation officer comes for her she will kill him. I don’t know what to do in this situation, her probation officer contacted me and wanted to know if I know who posted bail and to assist him in locating her. I need my money back but now I feel as if I help the probation officer I may get in trouble with Melissa and may lose my job. I don’t know what to do.” Tasks: Considering the situation of Phoebe and Melissa, what is the ethical dilemma in this situation? What specific steps should Phoebe have taken before this crisis to prevent potential liability issues resulting from the worker’s involvement in the crisis? Finally, choose one model of ethical decision making discussed this week and formulate a conclusion to Melissa’s dilemma as if you were the case manager instead of Phoebe.

Physics Lab 1: Electric Charge, Electric Field and Electric potential It is a 2 question lab with all the material needed below! Must know how to calculate magnitudes/directions/electrical potential/etc.. I’m stuck on a Physics question and need an explanation.

This is a 2 question lab. Question 1 has parts A-E, and Question 2 has parts A and B. This here is a link to chapters 18-19 if you need a refresher: https://openstaxcollege.org/textbooks/college-physics/pdf click online version to view.
In this lab you will use Phet Interactive Simulations to study the electric field and the electric potential in the space surrounding one or more point charges. You will use the “Charges and Fields” PhET simulation which you can open by clicking on the link: https://phet.colorado.edu/en/simulation/charges-and-fields. Once on the website no need to download just press the arrow (play button) in middle of the screen to begin. I have the lab 1 word document with specific instructions on the problems. in the file attached below. You may either write out the lab and upload it or fill in the word document. I believe it will take about 2 hours to complete if needing a refresher and will not need this until 11 pm tonight 2/5/2020.
THIS LAB ALSO REQUIRES A CELL PHONE CAMERA OR SOME SORT OF SCANNER TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE EXPONENTIAL LINES DRAWN ON THE SIMULATION WEBSITE LISTED ABOVE
Also question one Part B has some sort of misunderstanding and it is to be read as: Calculate the magnitude and direction of the electric field at the following locations, then compare with values obtain from the simulation.
