The following report is on the case study on one of the most popular retailing store which has made a colossal success due to the company’s unique concept. The company by name is “IKEA”. The following case study has been put in writing in the year 2005, in Helsinborg, Sweden. The case illustrates different varieties of circumstances IKEA had faced.
