So not only should you be aware of whom your children are speaking to online also who they are being online as well. Theft With every society there will always be crime and with more children having more and more new gadgets that are must have then the crime rate against children will go up. This can lead to children getting physically hurt and mentally hurt as well. It can also make the child want to hurt someone for the item that another child has got.
You have to focus on what is an acceptable amount of tech your child takes out with them also they need to be aware of how to make themselves safe when using it in public. The child`s identity could also be stolen and their name used for more criminal activities resulting in them being arrested or having a huge credit card bill this is due to the child not knowing about sharing certain information over the internet or knowing that some apps not only look at your photos but also get your personal details. Cyber bulling/stalking
The practice of cyber bullying is not limited to children and, while the behaviour is identified by the same definition when practiced by adults, the distinction in age groups sometimes refers to the abuse as cyber stalking or cyber harassment when perpetrated by adults toward adults. Common tactics used by cyber stalkers are performed in public forums, social media or online information sites and are intended to threaten a victim’s earnings, employment, reputation, or safety. Behaviours may include encouraging others to harass the victim and trying to affect a victim’s online participation.
Many cyber stalkers try to damage the reputation of their victim and turn other people against them. Cyber stalking may include false accusations, monitoring, making threats, identity theft, damage to data or equipment, the solicitation of minors for sex, or gathering information in order to harass. A repeated pattern of such actions and harassment against a target by an adult constitutes cyber stalking. Cyber stalking often features linked patterns of online and offline behaviour. There are consequences of law in offline stalking and online stalking, and cyber-stalkers can be put in jail
Cyber bullying is the use of the Internet and related technologies to harm other children and young people, in a deliberate, repeated, and hostile manner. As it has become more common in society, particularly among young people, legislation and awareness campaigns have arisen to combat it. But all of the above can have a detrimental effect on the child/young person receiving this treatment it can affect their mental state of mind also their health can be affected as they might get stressed and not eat or drink or look after themselves correctly due to the abuse they are getting.

Undeniably, culture has a significant impact on the businesses that operate beyond national and cultural boundaries. This calls for strategies to be laid down by these global businesses for them to achieve success in the international market. For example, it would be important to implement the adaptation and standardization strategies in the production of goods and services to ensure that the cultures of different consumers of a given product are considered hence achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Another key point learnt in the units is the use of technology in international business(Wall, et al., 2015). It is almost impossible to have a business operate at the global level yet they do not use technology. For this reason, every global business has to strive to keep up with the changing trends and latest technologies to achieve efficiency in business operations. The third key point learnt over the course of the units is the application of the PESTLE analysis to evaluate a country with regard to international business and globalization(Wall, et al., 2015).
Application in the Workplace
Having completed both units, the knowledge acquired can be very useful in the workplace. Firstly, it makes me eligible to apply for a job in an international company since I will be well equipped to make certain decisions related to a business operating at the global level. In addition, I may also work in a company that plans to expand their business from the national level to the international market but is unable due to incompetent strategies. If I join such a company with the knowledge acquired from these units, I can help the stakeholders make the right decisions as well as come up with effective strategies using available resources. For example, I can help the company weigh exporting options depending on the culture of the targeted markets around the globe.
Personal and Professional Development
Evidently, the lessons learnt from the units will facilitate a high transfer of knowledge applicable to deliver development at the personal and professional level. For example, having learnt the legal business environments for the international markets, I may be in a better position to make legal-financial decisions when starting a business. The last two weeks have also enhanced my knowledge on the use of technology in business. For this reason, it is only true to conclude that the units studied will help me gain significant heights in professional and personal development.
