You must do your own work and use Turnitin. I will not accept any paper that has 25% or more“similarity.” See Syllabus. I will also not accept papers that fail to properly cite to sources.Like all papers you’ll submit, formatting is: 1” margins all around, double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12-point font. No headers, extra spaces between paragraphs – none of the little tricks that take up space. There is a 5 full page minimum, If you want a better score, then do more than the minimum required work. I can tell when a student has done the work and when they have waited until the last minute to throw something together. You must answer the following three questions:Question 1:Interstate commerce refers to business transactions between individuals or businesses from two or more states. You’ve learned that Congress uses interstate commerce as a tool to force businesses to comply with the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Go to:https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/379/24…to read, in depth, a case referenced in your book: The Heart of Atlanta Motel v. The United States.Tell me what the main arguments are for both the Plaintiff and the Defendant. Tell me how the Supreme Court ruled and why. I want to see facts and analysis in your paper that are not included in the book.Question 2:Private clubs are exempt from the Civil Rights Act. Go to:https://casetext.com/case/lobel-v-woodland-golf-cl…Tell me what the main arguments are for both the Plaintiff and the Defendant. Tell me how the court ruled and why.Question 3:Nevada Revised Statute 651.065 says “….is not unlawful and is not a ground for a civil action for any place of public accommodation to offer differential pricing, discounted pricing or special offers based on sex to promote or market the place of public accommodation.”Under Nevada law a “place of public accommodation” includes a nightclub, which are very popular in Las Vegas. So, basically, Nevada says it is legal to intentionally discriminate against men when it comes to charging entry fees to nightclubs. In other words, it is legally permissible for a nightclub to charge men a $40 entry fee but to allow women to enter for free. That decision is based solely on gender. Is Nevada’s law actually legal? Does it conflict with a more superior law? If so, which one? What are your personal thoughts on this

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING WORD LIMIT REQUIREMENTS: Please note that each and every assignment has its own word limit. Online advertising is a great way to promote programs/stories because the average person is on the internet in some form daily. Promotion is a key way and one of the most important things for a success when an individual is trying to start up a business, program, etc. Other important elements I would utilize would be examples, factual informtaion, statistics and really focalize positivity, When promoting drastic life changes participants like to see the facts of what making those changes can actually do to their lives. Statistics would bring the number aspect that some people prefer. For example 10.5% of the U.S. population which is about 26.8 million people have been diagnosed with diabetes in the year of 2018 (quote). I would also examples both good and bad to show consequences and results to an individual to someone who dies and does not make those drastic changes when they are on the verge of becoming diabetic. After broadcasting the outcome of poor health, I would demonstrate how important it is to take the A1C test. This test can help monitor blood sugar for those with diabetes but also for check levels for pre diabetes. Doctors may use the A1C alone or in combination with other diabetes tests to make a diagnosis it. The key health message to portray is to be as healthy as possible; not only with eating healthy and exercising but taking precautions like the A1C, because taking precautions beforehand can eliminate things before they occur. Overall, through everything I promote I would keep positivity throughout. That would be my approach because when you are trying to change someone’s view on things, negativity can make it difficult someone to actually comprehend what you are try to portray, and make those changes Reference Diabetes Statistics (2020) retrieved from https://www.diabetesresearch.org/diabetes-statistics Respond to the bold paragraph ABOVE by using one of the option below… in APA format with At least two references and a minimum of 200 words….. .(The List of References should not be older than 2016 and should not be included in the word count.) Include at least one scholarly reference and appropriate in-text citations and Address all points on the DQ. One point will be deducted for not addressing each item mentioned above. Remember that presenting someone else’s work as your own is plagiarism. Ask a probing question.Share an insight from having read your colleague’s posting.Offer and support an opinion. Validate an idea with your own experience.Make a suggestion.Expand on your colleague’s posting. Be sure to support your postings and responses with specific references to the Learning Resources. It is important that you cover all the topics identified in the assignment. Covering the topic does not mean mentioning the topic BUT presenting an explanation from the context of ethics and the readings for this class To get maximum points you need to follow the requirements listed for this assignments 1) look at the word/page limits 2) review and follow APA rules 3) create subheadings to identify the key sections you are presenting and 4) Free from typographical and sentence construction errors. HISTORY 110B NAUThe Twentieth Century Historical Contextual Memoirs Essay

HISTORY 110B NAUThe Twentieth Century Historical Contextual Memoirs Essay.

I’m working on a history writing question and need a sample draft to help me learn.

Writing Your Essay: While you are reading your chosen memoirs, carefully make notes of the important points as you go along. Look up unfamiliar words and phrases. Make a brief outline of what you want to say before you start the essay. List the major points you want to make, and the evidence you will use to support each one. You may find as you write that other points will occur to you, but if you make an outline first you will be less likely to stray from the main issue. The essay should include an introduction that states your thesis, a development of the thesis in several paragraphs, and a conclusion. Title: Always include a title. Your title should not only reflect the general theme with which you are working, but the analytical focus of the paper as well. This will provide the reader with an idea of what your argument will entail before a single word is read. For example, your paper should not be titled simply “History Assignment about Memoirs.” Take some time to be creative! Introduction: The introduction performs two roles. It introduces your topic and it sets up the thesis. Background information, such as a brief discussion of your theme, is appropriate in this section. The introduction should be about a paragraph long and end with the thesis. Thesis: You must have a clearly stated thesis. It should state your main argument and contain a “blueprint” that briefly lists the evidence you will use to support your argument. Your thesis may be more than one sentence long, depending on the intricacy of your argument. Please italicize or underline your thesis statement. Body: The body of your paper supports the thesis with specific evidence from the texts. The first sentence of each paragraph (topic sentence) should support the thesis, and each subsequent sentence in the paragraph should support the topic sentence. Make transitions between paragraphs. Organization: The paper should progress logically. Each paragraph and each sentence should have a natural, logical progression to the next without requiring the reader to “fill in” ideas. Conclusion: The conclusion should do more than simply restate the thesis. Although issues that arise in the paper should not be left unresolved, the conclusion may open up the issue to further thought. The conclusion should suggest implications for the argument presented in the paper by answering the question, “So what?” Documentation: You must use at least three memoirs as the main sources of your paper. If you wish to provide some historical background from the textbook or book reviews from scholarly journals, that is perfectly acceptable, but be sure that you adequately cite your sources in the paper. Your paper must adhere to proper citation rules based on either the Chicago or Turabian manuals of style. You may use either footnotes or endnotes, but make sure that you utilize proper format and cite your sources accurately. Please provide proper documentation for your evidence, even if it is not a direct quote. If you summarize material from a source, be certain that you cite that information as well. Direct quotes that are more than six lines are long quotes, and they must be single-spaced and indented ten spaces. I will deduct points if you do not use citations in your paper. Finally, you must provide a bibliography.
