If both creator and reviewer approach the task of peer review mindfully, both can grow from it and do better work because of it. Strive to nurture a state of mindfulness and an openness to new perspectives and new information in doing your peer reviews. Then you can bring that back to your own creative work and revision. Before you submit your final presentation, you will incorporate the feedback from a peer review to sharpen and improve your project. There are many principles of communication that are not covered in this course, simply because there is not enough time! One of those principles is the power of protocols. For this activity, you will use a feedback protocol (a structured process that guides users) to frame your feedback.Audit Report Draft InstructionsReview the rubric to make sure you understand the criteria for earning your grade for this activity.Review the Audit Report Presentation Rubric which will be used to evaluate your final presentation submission. This rubric provides you with the specific requirements for the presentation you will submit in Workshop Six.Create a DRAFT Communication Audit Report Presentation using visual, and written communication. It is recommended that you use a tool such as Kaltura Capture Space. Presentations should be between 20 and 30 minutes in length.Post your presentation to the discussion board with enough time for your team to provide you with feedback by the end of the workshop.NOTE: It is better to post a partial presentation and get feedback than to miss the opportunity of putting a draft in front of your team for their review. It does not have to be in a final format yet.

Is there a commercial airline pilot shortage in the 21st century?

Is there a commercial airline pilot shortage in the 21st century?. Can you help me understand this Writing question?

This is a research paper addressing if there is a commercial airline pilot shortage in the 21st century. I would like to see if it is impacting the regional airlines, the major airlines, or both and what is happening to combat these issues. Examples that could be used on examples to retain pilots is raising the maximum retirement age from 60 to 65. Or commercial airlines starting programs to lure military pilots over to commercial carriers.
I would like to look at future projections and how many pilots that will be needed in the future compared to how many pilots are projected to be available.
This needs to be in APA format with a minimum of 10 references from peer reviewed documents or government sites.
The project template and problem statement are attached.
