Discuss the trend towards measurement and evaluation as it applies to your organization. Determine the need for results-based evaluation as it applies to your organization. Identify evaluation areas in need of improvement in your organization. Provide a rationale for your recommendations. Support your assignment with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
