hi there is a big problem that professor said: the main part of the paper is need to discuss what causing it or why causing it?(the skilled labor shortage).
So could you move the third paragraph to the second and do more research and write it longer?
Thus. What causing it is really important for this paper.
There is some note from professor: Like you said retirement( why after baby bommers retire, there is no young skilled worker.? Is there any problem relate to their education system or something like this.
