A nursing Student failed her first semester of nursing school. The student has to meet with the Dean/Principal of the school has to what happen causing her to fail. Upon to meet the Dean, the student need to write a letter stating in full detail explaining what kept her from succeeding this semester and a detailed list of those things will be implemented to avoid that same fate if the Dean allowed to return.
Noted: during her school semester she was working full time 12hr shift as a Nurse Tech limited time to study(priorities)
