North Carolina State University Templatized Version of A Linked List Class Project.

Write the member function to search() the linked list for a particular piece of information. The search functiontakes a const T& as its parameter and it returns a boolean result. This member function should also be declaredas a const member function, as it does not change the list if it is called. An example implementaiton for this functionis actually given in our textbook, though you may need to change it slightly to work with our assignment code.2. Also add/write the deleteNode() member function, which is also given in our textbook implementation. Thisfunction takes a const T& as its parameter, which is the value of an item to search for and delete. Thus thefirst part of this function is similar to the search() function, in that you first have to perform a search to findthe item. But once found, the node containing the item should be removed from the list (and you should freethe memory of the node). This function is only guaranteed to find the first instance of the item and delete it, ifthe item appears multiple times in the list, the ones after the first one will still be there after the first itemis removed by this function. This function should return a LinkedListItemNotFoundException if the itemasked for is not found. The LinkedListItemNotFoundException class has already been defined for you in thestarting template header file.3. Write a member function named findItemAtIndex() for the LinkedList class. This function will be given asingle integer parameter called index. It will search through the linked list and return a reference to the info ofindex’th node in the list. It is important that you return a T& (a reference to a type T) from this function. This function works using 0 based indexing (like arrays), thus if we ask for index 0, the first or head node infoshould be returned. If we ask for index 1, the info in the node after the head node is returned. If the list onlyhas 5 nodes (indexes 0 to 4) and we ask for index 5 or greater, you should throw a LinkedListItemNotFoundexception. (This exception class has already been defined in the LinkedList header given to you, you simplyneed to throw it). For a little extra credit, you can add the overloaded operator[] to define indexing operationson your LinkedList which just uses your working findItemAtIndex() member function.4. Write a member function named deleteItemAtIndex(). This function will perform similar to the previous one,but instead of returning the info in the index’thed node, it will simply delete the node. Thus your logic will besimilar to task 3, you will need to search till you get to the index’thed node in the list. But at that point youshould remove the node (and don’t forget to delete it, to free up its memory). If the asked for index does notexist, as usual you should throw a LinkedListItemNotFound exception.5. Extra credit: you can write this recursive member function for a little bit of additional extra credit. Writea member function named toReverseString(). There is already a string function, that creates a stringrepresentation of the items in the list and returns the string. Your method will create a string of the items in2

Rasmussen College Interpersonal Process Recording in Mental Health Issues Worksheet.

Part 1Interpersonal process recording [ IPR]InstructionsIt will be carried out with two students working together. This is a “role play exercise,” in which one student is the student nurse, and the other will role play as a client. In this assignment, the nursing student will be demonstrating the therapeutic nurse-client relationship and analyzing the therapeutic and nontherapeutic techniques used. You will take turns in the roles. This is not about always having therapeutic responses. It is about learning from practice and review. It is expected that you will think of other ways to respond or interact with the client that may be more therapeutic after the interaction is terminated. After the conversation is over, you will complete in IPR form. The client roles are:Mr. Jones is a 69-year-old retired engineer. He was admitted to the in-patient psychiatric unit the previous day. His daughter had called the police when he locked himself in his bathroom and refused to come out. She thought he was suicidal. He was brought to the hospital by the police and was admitted on involuntary status. He has been reticent since admission but told his daughter he had no reason to live since his wife died.Diagnosis: MajorDepressive DisorderNursing Diagnosis: Risk for suicide.Mrs. Alvarez is a 34-year-old female who has lived in this country for the past 10 yrs. She is a stay at home mom with three small children. Her husband works two jobs to support the family. Lately, she has been extremely anxious and fears that her children will become ill or injured. This seems to be an unrealistic concern, but she has been unable to sleep well and has lost 15 lbs. in the past month. She is a voluntary admission and states she knows she needs help.Diagnosis: Generalized Anxiety DisorderNursing Diagnosis: Ineffective copingYou will select the role you wish as a client and take turns switching roles. After the conversation, you will document the interactions using the form provided and following the guidelines instructions for each column.IPR Form ExplanationThe IPR is completed with the form to guide you, and the rubric to explain the grading process for content. The IPR Form is linked here. The first column is for you, the nursing student’s, comments/ questions, and responses. You may want to include the introduction process. It is understandable if the initial conversation is more superficial to establish rapport. You may not want to include all of this but move on to the more focused interaction. Your nonverbal communication is included here. Then, the conversation will move to a focus on the client’s feelings, concerns, issues as he/she has identified them. After the introduction, it may be beneficial to establish with the client a short- term goal for the interaction. The second column is for the client’s comments, questions, responses. Also, the nonverbal reactions of the client are included in this column. The middle column is for you to write what you are thinking or feeling. The last two columns are for you to document the technique that you used in that portion of the conversation. If it is a nontherapeutic response, you are to write the response and think of how you could revise to more therapeutic response. You can change any response if you think of how you could have responded differently but, identify and change all nontherapeutic responses.Remember, this is an assignment that will assist you in all communication with others.Explanation of the Rubric Criteria for Interpersonal Process Recording (IPR)Communication (20 verbal entries, ten nonverbal, ten techniques)Criteria 1 Nursing Interaction (verbal and nonverbal)Nursing statements and questions demonstrate a positive, caring approach and show insight into the client needs. These interchanges will include the introduction process, but not the more superficial interchanges. Nonverbal communication techniques are also recognized. Thoughts and feelings are identified and documented.Criteria 2The client verbal statements and questions are documented. Nonverbal communication is also observed and interpreted. You may also identify defense mechanism(s) used by the client.Criteria 3All communication techniques used are identified (using titles previously reviewed).Criteria 4All non-therapeutic techniques to be identified and changed to a therapeutic method. If in the review of the interaction, a more appropriate or therapeutic approach (verbal or nonverbal) is identified, document how this response/ statement would be changedPART 2Case Study – Anxiety Disorder/Obsessive Compulsive DisorderCourse CompetencyAssemble nursing care interventions for clients with behavioral or cognitive disorders.ScenarioLauren has been diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder and experiences obsessive thoughts that result in compulsive behaviors. This has a major impact on her life and day to day functioning.InstructionsView the videos segments 1, 2, and 3 for Lauren.Notice how the nurse continues to gather information to assess the extent of Lauren’s illness. The content relates to the objective that you will be able to describe the symptoms of anxiety and OCD.Segment 1 https://search-alexanderstreet-com.eu1.proxy.openathens.net/view/work/bibliographic_entity%7Cvideo_work%7C3896229Segment 2https://search-alexanderstreet-com.eu1.proxy.openathens.net/view/work/bibliographic_entity%7Cvideo_work%7C3896231Segment 3https://search-alexanderstreet-com.eu1.proxy.openathens.net/view/work/bibliographic_entity%7Cvideo_work%7C3896233Create a document which contains this information:Describe at least three clinical signs of Anxiety observed in the videos.Describe at least three Obsessive-Compulsive behaviors observed in the videos.Explain at least three therapeutic communication techniques used by the nurse in the videos.Discuss at least two nursing interventions appropriate for Lauren. Columbia Southern What are Agency & Liability to Third Parties Discussion.

Unit VII AssignmentDue: Tuesday, 12/22/2020 11:59 PM (CST)InstructionsCase AnalysisDave is a driver for Empire Courier Service. Around the company, Dave is known as sort of a hothead. During his previous employment at another company, Dave had been involved in a workplace fistfight with a fellow employee, resulting in criminal charges. One day, between deliveries and in a company vehicle, Dave decides to get lunch. While leaving the parking lot at Big Burrito Bistro, the favorite lunch spot for most Empire Courier employees, Dave negligently causes a car accident with another vehicle, resulting in injuries to Victor, the driver of the other car. As Dave and Victor are waiting on the side of the road for the police to arrive, Victor comments to Dave, “Oh, you drive for Empire Courier Service. It doesn’t surprise me that Empire hires bad drivers because their service stinks, and their prices are too high!” Dave is so offended that Victor would insult his employer’s professional reputation that he punches Victor in the face, causing Victor to suffer even more injuries. Empire Courier Service does not, as a matter of policy, do criminal background checks on its employees.Within your paper, define agency and how an agency relationship is created. Identify the various types of agency relationships, and explain tort liability and how it relates to the agency relationship. Then, considering the legal principles discussed in Chapter 20, explain who is liable for Dave’s negligence for causing the car accident, and explain who is liable for Dave’s intentional tort for punching Victor.Provide your answers in a case analysis of at least two pages in length. One source is required. Include an introduction in your paper. Adhere to APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment. APA formatting, however, is not necessary.
