Please read the Macon Case and write a 2-page report (not including cover letter) to answer the following 3 questions:
– What are the communication issues and how would you resolve them?- What are other issues as a result of the communication break down?- Where will the greatest resistance for excellence in project management come from?
Written Assignments: Three (3) case written reports are required as individual written assignments by each student to determine if the student has truly learned concepts covered in the case that includes the student’s own reading and analysis of the case.
