Please read the Macon Case and write a 2-page report (not including cover letter) to answer the following 3 questions:
– What are the communication issues and how would you resolve them?- What are other issues as a result of the communication break down?- Where will the greatest resistance for excellence in project management come from?
Written Assignments: Three (3) case written reports are required as individual written assignments by each student to determine if the student has truly learned concepts covered in the case that includes the student’s own reading and analysis of the case. Each paper should include an analysis of the root cause issue and your recommended solutions potentially using project management process, tool, model and/or core content area discussed in class lecture videos. The discussion within the paper must focus on the relevance of the topic to the management of the project. The length of each paper must not exceed two (2) pages (Plus a cover sheet). A template will be provided for use in developing the paper(s.)
Written Assignments: Each written assignment must be word processed, have a 12pt font size, be double spaced and submitted on the scheduled due date, and delivered as an MS Word file (not as a .PDF.)
